qt4を選べばよいらしい。
$ sudo update-alternatives --config moc

* 0 /usr/bin/moc-qt3 45 auto mode
1 /usr/bin/moc-qt3 45 manual mode
2 /usr/bin/moc-qt4 40 manual mode

update-alternatives: using /usr/bin/moc-qt4 to provide /usr/bin/moc (moc) in manual mode.
$ make distclean
$ make xconfig
